After examining your home together, we will discuss the general condition of the home and it’s systems with you and your agent.  We will address any major issues that may need to be addressed sooner as opposed to later. We will also visit about any items that you might be interested in keeping an eye on for deferred maintenance.  All of these items will be detailed in our easy-to-read-Spectora report, that will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report you will be able to see the items that we discussed, including images for reference.
